Laura Linney

Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best known for playing strong yet fragile characters. Linney is from a theatre background, since her father was a playwright Romulus Linney. In 1986, she graduated from Brown University. She then pursued a degree in Theatre at Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City was her first stop in the 1990s. The actress immediately started performing in shows on Broadway before receiving acclaim for her roles on stage in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
